To protect our website and business from fraud and abuse.
To meet legal obligations.

Hosting, analytics, and cookies

Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver this site and block abuse. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, session recording, or cross-site tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Service providers

Services provided by Open Circle Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("OCV," "we"), are also governed by each client's signed proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Content on this site is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. We do not provide CPA audit, attestation, or tax filing services. Talk to a qualified professional before making financial or legal decisions.

Our services

Open Circle Ventures specializes in scaling founder-led businesses to $10M+ by resolving operational constraints through people and process. Our in-house team develops the growth strategy and delivers the cross-functional execution required to scale, spanning product, pricing, staffing and recruiting, finance, brand, and media. Services are delivered remotely, and each engagement is scoped in a written proposal and signed agreement before work begins.

Billing

Scope, fees, and payment terms for each engagement are set in the client's signed agreement. Clients authorize each payment in writing or through the payment method they set up.

Refunds and cancellation

Fees for services already performed are not refundable. If we bill in error, we refund or credit the difference.
Either party can cancel renewal with 60 days' written notice, or end an engagement for a material breach not fixed within 15 days.
Individual contract terms control over these default terms.

Permitted use

Use this site only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with it, try to access it without permission, scrape or overload it, send harmful or misleading messages through it, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.

Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics, and logos on this site belong to OCV or are used with permission. You may view them for personal or internal business purposes. Do not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission. Client testimonials are shared with the client's permission. Clients own their final deliverables once paid in full.

Third-party sites

Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices, which are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

This site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no guarantees that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OCV and its members are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from use of this site. For client engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
